LIVE GUARANTEE POLICY: I offer Live Delivery Guarantee on all my auctions of Aquabid, no matter what shipping method is used. I, the seller remains the right to choose the shipping method. Most of my fish will be shipped on USPS priority .By the event of DOA (dead on arrival), please take a couple of clear digital photos and email me in 3 hours on delivery of the first attempt. ACCLIMATION INFO: 1.prepare a quarantine tank to receive the fish. 2. after received your fish, don't open the bag right away, float it in the quarantine tank for at least 30 mins. 3. open the bag and net the fish into the tank and discard the bag water. 4. start feeding in the next morning. If Kordon Breathing bag is used, please don't float it. You will need to pour the fish with the water into a small jar, run an air line into it and float the jar in the quarantine tank for at least 30 mins then do the same as above...For any questions or claims, please don't hesitate to email me, I'd like to provide any support and/or work things out with you..Thank you for stopping by.
