I am a Fishaholic, there is no hope.


What to expect, what I expect as a seller!
As a seller: I expect prompt payment and communication. I will provide my e-mail address so you can make prompt payment. I will send a paypal invoice after 24 hours unless payment has been made or you request one. You should expect an e-mail letting you know that I have received your payment and when I plan on shipping your pruchases. On shipping day youu should get a confirmation e-mail from USPS.COM with your tracking number, since this doesn't always work I will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. When you receive your item(s) I would like an e-mail in return telling me how the items arrived. I take a lot of pride in my fish and invertebrates and strive to send out the healthiest animals possible. I also take pride in packing them I have over 30 years experience in the wholesale and retail pet industry and much of that time was spent packing fish for delivery, pick up and air shipments. I usually leave your feedback right after I ship your items. If there is a problem I expect you to follow the instructions in the listing before leaving negative feedback, I expect a chance to make things right. In return I expect honest feedback after you receive your items. I like to try and add a little something extra to the box when I can. It is my way of saying Thank You but it is not always possible.

What to expect and what I expect as a buyer.
As a Buyer: You should expect prompt payment and an e-mail after I make my purchase. Occasionally I may ask if I can purchase an item and make payment in a few days, if you say no I am fine with that. If you say yes I make payment as promised. You should expect an e-mail after the item arrives even if there is nothing wrong. I usually leave feedback ASAP after the item arrives, I refuse to sugar coat it if there is a problem that is not resolved to my satisfaction. I expect to receive POSITIVE FEEDBACK after I make payment or right after the item(s) are mailed at that point I have done what I was supposed to do. To date I have 2 NEGATIVE feedbacks that are from sellers that failed to carry out their responsibilities. One sent badly deformed fish that did not fit the description and insisted there was nothing wrong with them. The other didn't like the Neutral feedback I left them because they refuse to communicate, they feel like all they need to do is collect the money and ship whenever they want without any sort of notice because they are too busy. Had I not been home I would have had cooked shrimp and no recourse since I may not have been able to provide the required photos within the 2 hours after delivery. Look at my feedback to see who they are, and beware of them, they are only in it for the money. I expect what I paid for and appreciate the extras but do not expect them, they are a gift and a thank you.
