Money back for DOA animals only with express shipping. In order to qualify for refund requirements must be met within 2 hours of first delivery attempt: Please send a clear pic of dead animal(s)in unopened bag. Then a second clear pic of bisected animal(s) on a dry surface.
Priority
 While I do not offer a refund policy on priority shipped animals, I always make sure my customers are happy.
