BACKGROUND
I've been keeping and breeding tropical fish for over 40 years. I've been around the hobby most of my life. My father was very active in the Western NY hobby from the 1960's until he passed-away in 2013. My father was heavy into guppies and killifish and shared many of his fish on Aquabid through Pete Mang. He and Pete were close friends. Pete also auctioned my fish on Aquabid until he stepped-away from Aquabid. It was at that time that I became involved in Aquabid directly. Mainly to keep moving fish out of my fish room. I don't run a business. I'm a hobbyist first and foremost. I keep what I like; not what's hot.I have a very reasonable approach to the Aquabid transaction of selling fish. I do my very best to get high quality fish to other hobbyists in excellent condition.
THE TRANSACTION
I ship my fish via USPS Priority mail. This includes an insulated box and necessary heat packs to get your fish to you in excellent condition. The shipping charge is indicated in each auction. Shipping is non-refundable. Payment is via Paypal only. Payment is due at the close of the auction. I send an email to the winning bidder at the close of auction with payment details. If you as the winning bidder ignore me or fail to issue payment timely, the auction is void. In the rare event of any DOA, send me a photo within 1 hour of receipt of the fish. I will replace the fish if I have more or issue a refund. If something comes-up after you've won an auction let me know and we'll try to work it out.
