My guarantee on fish is as follows: If the fish arrive dead and within the 3 day shipping time, I will replace the fish at no charge but the buyer will have to pay shipping and heat pack, if needed. If I do not have replacements or the buyer wants a refund, I will refund the cost of fish, NOT SHIPPING AND NOT THE HEAT PACK. If the fish arrive after 3 days and the fish are dead, I will refund the entire amount of the purchase. I have been doing this for over 20 years. I finally had to put this out here due to one newbie buyer that wouldn't email me with the issue. Let me know if you have any questions. Failing to read this, means you agree to the conditions.
