Shipping policy
We ship UPS overnight, 2 day air, and ground. We can also ship USPS (express or priority) or Fedex (overnight only) at the buyers request no discount for either will be give. We use a fairly standard DOA guarantee for the aquarium hobby... DOA guarantee on overnight shipping only. It is your responsibility to check to see if the shipping carrier you want offers overnight in your area. For a shipping quote please send me a message before bidding. I will need your zip code and how many of what fish to give you a quote. In case of delay guarantee is void... no exceptions! Shipping is not refundable for any reason! In case of DOA at least 2 clear pictures in unopened bag and 2 of the fish out of the bag must be sent to my e-mail within 2 hours of first delivery attempt. I reserve the right to ask for more proof of DOA. If you can't be home at the time of delivery and they have no place to put them out of the weather you can have them sent to another address...... work, friend, family, ect. Sorry, I will not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, ect. I can (and have in the past) ship to Alaska but it will depend on the weather. Any DOA refund will be credited toward future purchase.... no cash refunds! You can combine auctions/fish and save on shipping price. Shipping quotes are good for 30 days. I can hold fish/item for a maximum of 30 days before shipping if you need me too. Fish and shipping must be paid for within 7 days of auction closing. If you fail to take possession of fish/goods and/or do not respond to messages, I will be forced to resell item and payment is nonrefundable.
Payment, our fish, and packing
All auctions must be paid for no later than 7 days after end of auction. If you are waiting for another auction to close before paying, please let me know. We need at least 4 days' notice before shipping can be done.... auction must be paid for before requesting a shipping date! We do not ship till the buyer confirms the shipping date... we do NOT just blindly ship without anyone home to receive them!! We separate all fish to be shipped beforehand. This is to make sure they are completely empty of food, so they do not spoil their shipping water. It is more work for us but is best for the fish! We will never ship fish the same day we receive payment!! We double bag all fish and 1 fish per. We do not and will not use breather bags..... they save space and therefore money on shipping, but come with a risk I will not take. We sell tank bred fish..... bred in our fish room. You will never get malnourished, underfed fish from us. Our fish are well fed, tank bred, and loved by us so we want the best for them!
