Only Express USPS is guaranteed live arrival, although they travel very well by priority and if you are within 2 days delivery this may be a better deal for you, especially with smaller fish, I'll advise with invoice or email me, the final choice is yours. If the unthinkable should happen, which is unlikely, we need a clear picture of the dead fish with the tail removed emailed to us within 2 hours of delivery, we will refund the cost of the fish minus shipping cost. I package fish with pure oxygen in insulated boxes and double bagged, this has worked out very good in the past. Even if for some reason they are delayed a day longer, they will be fine. If you have any issue, please do not hesitate to contact me and I'm sure we'll get it resolved! Fry are guaranteed live arrival using USPS Priority shipping. Our standard guarantee on all animals shipped is to replace 100% of any D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) on subsequent shipments or if the shipping/packaging cost is paid by the customer. Shipping cost will be $10 on all reshipped orders. Proof of D.O.A. is required within 2 hours of the delivery in the form of a clear picture, in the unopened shipping bag. Failing to pickup or sign the same day of the first delivery attempt, the buyer relinquishes the guarantee. Guarantee is not continuous, replacements can only be sent once. Shipping cost are NOT refundable or guaranteed in any way. Theft, damage, destruction, confiscation or other problems beyond our control are not guaranteed.
