Shipping policy.
During cold weather (November - early April) fish must be shipped by overnight service to receive my live arrival guarantee.
What is my live arrival guarantee. Simple if the fish don�t arrive alive I give a 100% refund INCLUDING SHIPPING (proportionally rated if only some of the fish die) or I replace the fish for free at my option. What do you have to do if the fish don�t arrive alive. Take a quick photo of the fish in a bowl �. Plecos on their back � and resize it to be around half a meg (best fit for web option on your computer) and email me the photo.
During April - October I ship second day FedEx or priority USPS and the same Live Arrival guarantee applies.
What happens if you want another method of shipping �. Then there is no live arrival policy.
I have a real job (not fish) �. So emails will be answered AFTER I get home from work and eat dinner.
I have been a tropical fish hobbyist for over 40 years now and an Aquabbider since its first month! My current focus is with Electric Pink and Electric Blue jack dempseys. I have devoted 75 tanks to these fish. While I call myself a hobbyist, the number of tanks and fish that I breed and maintain are higher than the average person �. Right now I have a few thousand gallons of tanks. I like a variety of fish. For the past decade I have been breeding electric blue jack dempseys as well as other soft water fish. Apistos, rams, killifish, plecos and cory�s. I always have angelfish.
