Before we ship: We catch fish to fast and for observation to make sure you are getting the best(even though we know you are since we only breed Angels and Electric Blue Acara's(Which are 6 months old) I am able to monitor them every day, feed them only high quality food alternating between frozen treats to veggies and rapashy where they get the highest amount of nutrition possible. We also have 0 deaths in our fish room and that's the way we want it to be (Happy & Healthy) In the box we add a Styrofoam liner, a heat or ice pack depending, stickers, card, and informational sheets. We double bag our fish with either 3mil or 4mil bags. In the bag 1/4 water and 3/4 pure oxygen, Fish Protector, Ammonia Pad, Sachem Prime, and a stress reliever which will sometimes cause water to have a slight blue tint. DOA Policy: Expires 2hrs after delivery and 2 days after shipping using USPS. A clear picture of an unopened bag must be sent. Only price of fish is refunded not shipping (since we don't make money on this). We are not responsible if the package is not delivered when it is expected to arrive, and the claim would need to be filed with the postal carriers since most items shipped are insured.

We will then confirm with you that you will be home. LETTING YOUR FISH SIT OUTSIDE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT OR EXTREME COLD IS NOT OKAY. We do everything in our power to make sure the fish we sell are healthy to the max and raise every single one of them from eggs to babies to adults and spend a minimum of 8 hours a day making sure they have the absolute longest enjoyable life possible. If they pass in transit we want to know ASAP!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! This way we can troubleshoot the why. WE HAVE 0 DEATHS IN OUR FISH ROOM. WE'VE TAKEN ON FISH DISEASES THAT KILL EVERYONES FISH BUT OURS!! WE DO NOT PLAY! Before we even put our fish up for sell we have them for months to almost a year to make sure that they are survivors.
