Live Arrival Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you do receive a dead fish, you must ensure to contact us within 24 hours of it's arrival. Any claims after this will not be honoured. In case of D.O.A, please sent us a clear picture of the dead fish with unopened bag. Customer can submit their claim by email at info@fishbuff.com or WhatsApp through (+62) 821-3871-8445.
Shipping Orders
All shipments for retail order will be done only through transhipper, based on the shipping schedule which provide by the transhipper to each destination country/ region. By law all Live Animals entering any Country must come through a licensed import agent (Transhipper), who can take of all the legalities needed by the authorized party such as Dept. of Fish & Wildlife to enter the Country legally.
