This snail is not only aesthetically pleasing, but it also plays an important role in maintaining a healthy aquatic environment by removing excess algae and other debris. We usually only ship on Monday or Tuesday, utilizing USPS. We charge a flat shipping rate of $10. We will notify you when your order is shipped out. Orders typically are delivered in 2-5 days. Due to the nature of shipping snails, mainly that they will slow their systems we do not offer a refund for dead on arrival. However if your package becomes severely damaged please send 2 clear photos of the container within 1 hours of tracking marked delivery, we will refund the cost of the snails minus shipping or can resend the snails for the cost of shipping only. Shipping Notice: For the health of our snails we may delay shipping if the average temperature at our origin location and/or the destination location is below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees.
