How to File a Complaint Regarding Valid Violations
Prior to filing a complaint against another user, you must first determine that the purported violation is indeed considered a true violation under the �Actions Warranting Investigation by AquaBid.com� section.
Report your complaint to AquaBid by filling out the complaint form provided. Include all identifying detailed information with regard to the violation, including email addresses, the action you wish investigated, etc.
Do not file a complaint more than once, unless requested otherwise by AquaBid.com, or you have an additional complaint about the same user regarding a completely separate issue.
Once a complaint has been received, we generally attempt to contact the complainant with regard to the findings of the investigation, however, we are limited in the amount of information we are able to divulge to parties other than the violating party because of privacy issues.
