File a complaint for these types of violations by clicking here. All circumstances and related information, as well as the user�s transaction history and rating profile, are taken into consideration prior to implementing disciplinary action against confirmed violators; which may include, but is not limited to, temporary account suspension or permanent account termination. * Ratings or Comments Solicitation: Offering to sell, trade or purchase user ratings or comments. * False Ratings or Comments, User Profile: Using your own alternate User ID or another registered user�s ID to post false positive ratings or comments to your user profile to increase the ratings. * False Ratings or Comments, Other Users� Profiles: Using your User ID or another registered user�s ID to post false negative ratings or comments to a third person�s user profile in an effort to decrease their rating. * Ratings or Comments Coercion: Forcing another user to take an action by threatening to post negative ratings or comments to their rating profile. For example: �If you don�t bid my asking price, then I will��; �Lower your asking price, or I will get everyone I know to��; �I want the aquarium included for free, or I will��.
